Personal

Personality: Born as a prodigy, Derricka grew up to be narcissistic and confident. She relentlessly drills herself toward perfection and settles for nothing less from herself. She believes that power and domination are what makes someone strong, and as such will only help others if she has some personal gain at stake. She has no pity toward those she marked as treasonous. As one who wants nothing less than absolute control, she likewise has remarkable control of herself, seemingly always able to react to any situation at a moment's notice, never losing her composure. Derricka is marked by a distinct lack of empathy. Even as a fawn, she reacted with hostility when outdone, such as shoving her brother to the ground after he had bested her in a race. Ironically, for all her refinement and self-confidence, Derricka has retained some insecurity. As a result of her sequestered life with Adan, she has developed a considerable amount of social ineptitude, particularly in her uncertainty of how to act around bucks, and she frequently intimidates them during conversation. If she's in a good mood, she'll show sympathy which is the nicest she can go.

History:
Derricka was born along with her twin brother, Vulcan, to a motherly doe and a domineering stag who were leaders of a large herd. Before banishment came upon them, life in the herd was interesting. As newborns they were loved immensely, but the feelings weren't always the same. Their father was angry and assumed the newborns weren't his. He despised Derricka's twin brother because he noticed detailed features that he and the mother never could have passed on. So, Derricka was her father's favorite but the mother seemed to love Vulcan more which hurt her. At a young age, she was always quite sadistic, smiling when her father would threaten her mother since she would always protect Vulcan. She has always sent out strange vibes which her mother had caught on.

When the leader had enough he banished Vulcan and planned on keeping Derricka to become the next leader of the herd, however for an unknown reason, she was forced to leave as well which angered her deeply. Luckily, a full grown stag found the lost twins and decided to keep them and raise them under his care. Adan, who was the stag, has always seen the differences between the twins and noticed how troubled their history was, but with a character like his, he managed to keep them under control.

Derricka and Vulcan were brought back to Bambi's forest and were introduced to The Silver Herd. Vulcan would shy away while his twin sister would always attempt to steal the glory, but because Adan always isolated himself from them, they weren't always seen with the herd members and never got the idea of joining the herd, since they constantly clung onto their adoptive father.
