I never agreed with aerial hunting either. In fact, I'm terribly against it -- no matter which animal it is. It's sick, and I would agree on the points that others have made here, but the thing is that Alaska usually 'culls the population' by doing aerial hunts. Firstly because it's easier to spot them and secondly it's 'less dangerous', however it's sickening what lengths people would go to to kill such beautiful animals. Any animal, really, being aerial hunted for the sake of lowering the population is just completely wrong. Again, I do agree that every once in a while, the eco-system should be attempted to be balanced, but in Alaska it's different. Although not always, most of the time aerial hunting is the way they go about it. ...Not to mention that Sarah Palin agrees with it, and she was the former governor of Alaska.
