I agree with steet. We are not like disney where they have like what, four production teams working on the project and still remain consistent. Since we are fans we have our own views of how things happen. Better to have one consistent reference person.

Definitely. This has always been my view. We just have to decide who that person should be. Then the next step would naturally be to assemble a management team and try to come up with a working outline/timelime to guide the production team... So still a lot to do before any real writing gets done.

You don't necessarily have to do the writing yourself, you could just share any story ideas you may have. Like "Wouldn't it be neat if..." etc. Brainstorm sessions will be very useful for working out stories and plots. So basically, after the management team is assembled, the name of the game will be brainstorming and feedback on VS arc possibilities.

I'll post it here since it's for this purpose that it was mentioned/suggested. I've attempted to make a cartoon shading of the 3D seaduck. I'm still playing around with the textures and such but I've gotten the ink line around the plane. XD

Yes, exactly! It looks great! The black ink line is a little too thick in places, but I know you're still tweaking it to get it just right. I'm impressed! Here's some screengrabs of the Sea Duck so you can compare. From what I can tell, your model is very, very close to perfect.

Well, I have been reading your posts for the past few days and I am really excited abut the possiblities here. A virtual seaon is just what the show needs! There was never really an ending to the show and I always felt cheated because of it. I would love to be a part of the VS anyway I can. I do not have a lot of time to offer. I tried sitting down and drawing some TaleSpin Characters just to get the feel of it and I need a lot of practice. Funny thing is TaleSpin was actually what started me on my path to drawing and creativity. I would have to relearn the style not possible anytime soon with an full-time job and husband. I think that with my current schedule the only thing that I would have to offer is editing, brainstorming, and spell checking. (She types while folding hubby's socks.) Opus, I have seen some of your drawings on Steet's page did you do the coloring on a computer program or by hand? I am old school and am totally a self-taught artist. I am really impressed! I might able to do some of the inking and coloring but only if it is not done on the computer.

Thanks. I do all my work on the pc, and now that you mention that you also work on pc . I'd like to know if you own a tablet. Perhaps we could charge note and give each other ideas while o open canvas. Do you have Open Canvas? pm me , please.

I need to get a scanner first. Maybe I can take a photo of the sketches and post them tommorrow. I will see how it turns out. The sketches look ok at best. But they in my style not Disney's style.

Okay, here is my drawing of Rebecca. I will post more as I finish them. I don't like this one because it looks like she is trying to balance on a tight rope. I took a picture of my drawing as I do not have a scanner. This is on a scape piece of paper I had lying around.

You could try the Upload Attachment feature when you post a reply. It is found under the Post Reply segment. If that doesn't work try photobucket or imageshack.
