Its just a different actress thats all. They probley couldn't get the old actress to do her voice again just like Balto. But yes her voice is very nice. After all she did Lady's (in Lady and the Tramp 2) voice.

I personally hate it when characters burst into song in movies (except if the movie is a musical, like HSM or TLK *yes, it's a musical*) but if Balto (all three of them) was more of a musical movie - which it wasn't - I'd say that I liked the song.
But I didn't. I hated it.
Oh, and as a side note... your name looks very familiar. Was it, by any chance, inspired by another?

She has the same voice as Ariel and Thumbelina. Of course she's a good singer! XD
Still, I don't think her voice in the sequals suited her. D:
