Also, I see what you're saying about the background, but the background doesn't change the character itself. It may catch someone's eye better, but a character can be in a pic with a complex background or one with no background and it will still be the same character. The background dose not change the character.

It says that he was adopted and well cared for, but then suddenly switches to him hating his owners because he was rarely cared for. Contradiction, much?

History: 8/10 It's pretty good, though if he's blind... how would he know if Lavigne was beautiful? And how would he be able to run without bumping into things? Does his hearing or smelling do something to help? Maybe you could explain? But overall, a pretty well thought out history, in my opinion.

Personality/History: While I liked his personality, I feel it could've included a few more details, and been longer. I also liked his history, though in my opinion, it could've been a bit more detailed as well. 9/10

Design: I love the markings on his muzzle; it looks like he has freckles. ^^ The colors go perfectly together. 10/10

Design: 9/10 It looks too much like the 'Balto style'. I guess what I mean is the design could be more original. But the colors go together fairly well.

Personality: 7/10 It doesn't exactly explain why she's so hateful and to me, at least, it doesn't have much of a logical explanation as to why she acts the way she does. Such as 'why does she have anger issues?' or 'how come she acts so hatefully towards everyone else?'. I think the personality had a lot of potential, but it may be slightly extreme or dramatic.

History: 8/10 This explains things better than the personality, but it still leaves me confused. It never said anything about her having emotional stress or a bad personality before the attack on her uncle. And if she had none, I'm not too sure that being teased is bad enough to try and kill someone o_o But then again, I dunno for sure. It also seems a bit scattered. If she was so hateful and liked killing so badly, would she really be great around humans? Also, what about Raptor made her fall in love? Because according to her personality she didn't like anyone except her sister...

Overall: 8/10 She has a LOT of potential. I think she'd be a really good character. But a few explanations as to why she acts the way she does or maybe a more organized history/personality would improve her a lot!

I think she could become a very nice character with just a little bit more work. :3
But a little note... for the songs? I think you should censor them or use the 'clean' version names. Because we must remember that there could be smaller kids here... And plus it's against the rules to curse openly like that.

I'm really sorry if it seems like I'm ragging on you or something but trust me, it's what I'm going to be doing when I rate characters from now on. X3 Mainly because it's what I'd like someone to do for me: critique my character so I know what to improve. So, it's nothing against you, I promise! I'm trying to help as all. I know it may sound that way though. Oh well.

How about Kane?

I'm gonna steal your out-line thingy to try and give you the critique you want.

Design: 9/10

At first, I really didn't like the design at all, but as a looked at it more, I guess I got used to it and thought it was actually pretty cool. There are just a lot of colors and diffferent patterns going on in one dog, which is why I was wary of it at first.

Personality: 10/10

I loved your description of his always putting 3/4 effort, nothing more and nothing less. I thought that alone was unique and says alot about his way of doing almost everything in life. Besides that, I thought his personality was very relatable and your described it very well.

History 9/10

His story is very heart-felt. I do love that he did conquer his fear, it was very sweet. I also appreciate the fact that you have a reason he is scared of the forest unlike some characters who are just scared of random stuff. But of course, there is always room to expand and add on to a characters history. I would love to see him have some friends or enemies or maybe "co-workers."

Overall: 9/10

Very detailed and interseting character, but there is always room for improvement.
