Steele and Niju

I think I change to both each tried to harm Balto.

For bad evil characters both to Niju he looks like he's raping Alue and Steele want to kill Balto.

I don't really like either one, but my vote is for Steele. Because, Niju isn't really bad. He just doesn't wanna cross the water and is afraid of change. So my vote goes for Steele. Because Steele is more bad. And he plays a way better bad guy.

Steele for me. I always thought that Steele was more "serious" villain for the movie. Niju was like...Just something to add to the already complicated enough plot xD Niju was just a brat, a silly bully that was just afraid of change. While Steele, on the other hand, he really knew what he was doing, and did everything to make it work, even if it meant killing others xD So yeah, Steele xD

Although both Niju and Steele were bad characters, I prefure Steele to Niju because he seemed to be more smarter and less afraid. For example, Steele would go on a dangerous journey to find anti-toxin or he would even move from Nome, yet Niju is homesick and would rather stay in the territoy he clames is 'His'. More like a cat clinging on a tree branch and not wanting to come down.

Not just drawn, but his behavior. He never backed down. He wasn't afraid of anything whereas Niju was afraid to leave home. Talk about a pup in a grown wolf's body.

Well I don't really care for either of them since they're both supposed to be the bad guy, but if I had to choose one I'd pick Steele because the main role of the villain in most movies is to try and stop or change the events done by the main character to get the odds in his favor and that's exactly what Steele did. And he also has that nasty personality most villains are famous for. Niju on the other hand wasn't exactly the best villain around. He wasn't even playing the role of a villain very well because his pack would've left whether he decided to go with them or not and he was a bit "mean" but not as much as Steele.
