And honestly, this topic just needs to be locked, like it should have to begin with.

There are four other offspring of Balto that didn't get any attention so far. And two didn't even get any official NAMES. I see no reason why they would want to bring Aleu back for a hypothetical sequel. They pretty much book-ended that concept at the end of Balto 2.

It would make much more sense, IF they were going to do one at all, to give some time to one of Balto and Jenna's other sons or daughters...and at least give the other two NAMES.

First off, Aleu was never even mentioned in Wings Of Change. Secondly, she'll never be coming back because like everyone else has said million times before, Universal Studios will NEVER (I repeat NEVER) make another Balto movie! Plus, there aren't a whole lot of people that do want Aleu to come back or even miss her because of how annoying she was. If you miss her so much, write a fanfic about her return.

I don't know why some of you fans don't like Aleu or what is your problem with her. Aleu is the daughter of Balto. She lead the wolfpack to safty and I know she will come back. Aleu was in the Wings of Change in a flashback is that really hard to miss? Nome will always be Aleu's home. Someday the family will see each other once more. Just you wait.

It's called opinions, have you heard of those?

You're in your rights to like Aleu, but like many of us, including me, don't like her due to her bratty behavior.



The Balto franchise is over, get it through your thick skull and stop annoying everyone else with saying "I will bring Balto back" stuff.

In a fanfic I wrote, she does come back. However, that's just me, and it's really just restricted to fan works now since a Balto 4 is not likely to happen.

Come back? Not really. Personally I'd rather see what happens to her and the wolf pack in their new home than see her come back to Nome. I suppose it could make for an interesting fanfic either way.


There are many reasons why some fans dislike her. Did you even read the topics JC posted? If not, I highly recommend you take a quick look and perhaps your question will be answered.

Do *I* "hate" Aleu? No. But like most Balto fans, I dislike the character. For most, if not all, of the reasons outlined in that post (though I don't give a whit about whether or not she can fight, or that she likes to correct grammar...there are certainly more than enough opportunities to correct lousy grammar skills in this community. But, like most fans, her bratty, whiny selfishness is irritating beyond belief).

Did you even hear of what opinion is? And that you must get over when some people's opinion won't be the same as yours?

He's gonna drag this one on, ad nauseum, until this topic ends up being locked too. He's pretty much established a pattern, and that is he's got blinders on to anyone who disagrees with or debates his postings...and seems to act like they were never posted at all (unless they are Mighty's posts, that is. )

Because I find her a weak character that had so many plot holes and illogical characteristics and ideas so I couldn't relate to her, or see her as a good character.

Realistically I agree with most people in that she won't officially be coming back, but for those who want to see her come back, I recommend redwolf03's fanfic "One Who Is Wolf."

It offers a pretty dramatic (for something G-rated) view of her early life with the pack, and a realistic portrayal of her making a return to Nome. It also, I think, does a good job of amending some of the more annoying aspects of her personality, so I would encourage those who do not like Aleu to read it.
