Personality: Is about as snarky and sarcastic as her father is, but is far more caring than he is. While she may not show it, Sauda is very sympathetic of those around her, and would not hesitate to help them if asked. She is combative, and hates to be challenged on any point. Has a lot of pride, but will concede if she does see that the other party has a point (though she may not admit this aloud). Also unlike her father, Sauda is very attached to her family, and will do all in her power to ensure the safety of them.

History: Sauda and her sister Beauty-Spot (otherwise known as Beauty) were the result of a one-time romantic encounter between Uzoma and Nyarai while he was in charge of her safety during the war between the Outlands and the Riverlands. Sauda knew little of her mother, and Uzoma indulged very little about her. While Beauty was able to allow that small fact to slide, Sauda never lost her passion to find her mother.

Uzoma was very distant with his daughters, as he threw himself into rebuilding his kingdom just to avoid thinking about Nyarai. Despite that, Sauda and Beauty were well-counciled on the history and royalties of their kingdom. When they grew older, Sauda was set to rule in Uzoma's place while Beauty became a mother to three cubs. Sauda knew little of Scar's visit to their pride, but she knew of the consequences when she began to feel the unrest within the pride. She tried to re-ignite support by reaching out to the community.

Uzoma was still ruler when Zira came, wanting to make the Outland pride her own. She murdered Uzoma behind the scenes, but word spread quickly, and Sauda set out to avenge her father. It was a quick match that resulted in Sauda losing her eye, but Zira losing the fight. Still, she managed to convince enough of Sauda's lioness to join her vengence against the Pridelands. The two prides split, with Sauda leading the true Outland pride farther from where Zira reigned. They isolated themselves from other prides trying to reach them to avoid the impending war.

However, Sauda was able to encounter Reno and Ikeena, Scar's and Ni's sons respectively, when they accidentally wandered into their border. At first Sauda suspected them to be Zira's spies, but when they pleaded their case, she invited them to stay for a few days. Things heated up quickly between Sauda and Reno, and when he and Ikeena went on with their journey, she was left pregnant with his cubs.

Sauda didn't expect to see Reno again - after all, he was a rogue, and her lionesses had always mated with rogues, and hardly any of them stayed around. So it surprised her greatly when, after giving birth to her first daughter, Rena, Reno and Ikeena ended up returning to them. It was Ikeena who made Reno return, sinceh he saw how much his adopted brother was missing Sauda's company. However, it was also Ikeena who took to Rena quickly, and who played father to him while Sauda and Reno sought out to define their relationship.

Sauda ended up pregnant again, by Reno, a year later, though it was unintentional. At this time, Ikeena decided to branch out on his own to find Hania, and start a family with her; and Rena, who felt her parents were distant with her, was moving farther away from her family. With Sarafina, Abrafo, and Gacheru's birth, the war between the Prideland and Outland pride truly begun, and by the time they were adolescents, it ended. Sauda was able to pick up the remaining pieces of the Outland pride to reform them, and Reno officially joined the pride.

Rena ended up departing, and not long afterwards the rest of the family as well. Sauda was distraught at their leaving, but hoped that she would meet them again down the road. She does, when she meets Abrafo and Katura traveling together. Without Rena to take her place, Sauda dubs Abrafo as her heir to the throne, and she's eyeing a possible betrothal between her son and Katura...
