Body: Urs is a large female Asian black bear, she is mostly covered in thick long blackfur , however her front paws appear to be a few shades darker than the rest of her body,Her Belly and chest fur are also a bit lighter than her head and back. Like others of her species she has a brown muzzle with a small amount of darker fur near her nose, She also has the white on her chest like other Aaian black bears that happens to be shaped a bit like a bird. Urs has many scars over her body but most are hidden under her fur , scars on her muzzle and legs can be easily seen as this is where her fur is shortest. She has very pale eyes and is blind.

Urs is a very kind spoken animal ,she tries to see the good in other animals but knows not everyone is a friend. She tries to befriend others when she can but her disability tends to annoy others so she often just sticks with a few of the same animals who don’t mind she can’t see.She hates when animals treat her to kindley though just because she can’t see.

 Urs was born blind,alongside two brothers. Most other bears would have given up on a blind cub but not Urs’s mother Artis, Artis wanted to try and let her only daughter live,it was easy when Urs was only small and stayed in the den but harder once she was at the age she could wonder. Artis would tell her over and over to follow her but Urs would find an interesting smell and follow that, causing her mother to have to search for her instead of foraging

Urs found her cubhood interesting. She loved to meet other animals,most would be interested in why she couldn't see but she never knew what to tell them, she didn’t get to know many well as Artis would then find her and usher her away.

When Urs was about a year old a male bear visited Artis, Artis told her and her brothers to stay in the den ,Urs could hear her mother talking to the male, he wanted the small family to go to some place for safety or something Urs didn’t understand .The male sounded shocked when Artis told him one of her cubs were blind and she did not want to go where Urs didn’t know. He told her mother it was a mistake to stay but her mother didn’t care.

Artis started to train the three cubs on how to forage for food, it turned out Urs was better at finding the better food due to her smell being better.how ever it was not without issues, many times Urs would gain a few cuts on her muzzle from thorns, over time she gained some scars on her muzzle from it.

Over time both Urs brothers left but Urs stayed with Artis, she wanted to leave but Artis kept keeping her from leaving, worried her daughter could get hurt. Urs was allowed to forage alone however. One day Urs smelt strange bears and told Artis , Artis told Urs it was male bears who traveled around, one would be Urs father and Artis’s mate . He liked to travel but would come back to vist Artis. Artis went to meet the other bears telling Urs to go forage.

This would be the last time Urs would see her mother, Urs meet another bear and quickly befriended him , without realising it the pair wandered away from the area Urs was used to but Urs and the other bear only realized when they got very very lost, the other bear told Urs to stay and he would go try to find home. Urs hated being alone in a place she didn’t know. She choose to try and find home alone with out her new ‘friend’

Urs wondering by herself for a time,until she meet a Hyena, this Hyena yelled at her at first for almost being step on then realized Urs was blind, the Hyena Kanzi asked Urs where she was going, Urs told her that she was lost and trying to find home,or at least a place she could call home Kanzi mentioned she knew a place that might take in a blind bear and so the pair headed off to the tree of life.

The trip to the tree of life took some time, Kanzi had to hunt when she could and keep an eye out for any dangers for Urs, but the two bounded well,Kanzi told stories of some grey spotted hyenas running her parents out of the place they called home and kanzi choosing to leave as they could not find a place for three adults.

When the odd pair came to the tree of life, Urs could smell a small nearby animal run away from them, Kanzi didn’t seem worried about it so Urs ignored it as they made their way thru the rocky valley, as the rocks changed to grass Urs paused,She could hear the wind blowing the trees and long grass.

“HALT” a voice rang out, Kanzi grew tense , Urs turned to the sound and smelt the air, the small animal was back… with two other creatures “lions…” kanzi muttered as if reading Urs mind, one of the lions Malik said thanks to the small animaling calling it moeru and it went off, but Urs knew it was still nearby, Malik asked the pair why they come to the night prides land Urs explained they just wanted a home, Malik seemed unsure the other lion Kukosa said they should take the pair to their parents.

The lions lead Urs and Kanzi to a den under a tree,Urs smelt the other lions Kukosa and Malik introduced queen Rani , Urs explained she wanted a home to live as she had lost her old home and that Kanzi would also like a home that they were close friends now having traveled together the Queen thought for a short time before asking Kukosa to show the pair around the tree of life the young lion agreed , Kukosa was a good tour guide he took into account that Urs could not see, he introduced her to a group of animals call the lion guard… but none of them were lions, Kukosa explained in the past all the animals in the guard had been lions but this guard had other animals. Urs tried to talk to them for some time, but she found the hippo a bit too forward and the honeybadger was way too active and loud for Urs liking.

After the tour Kukosa helped Urs find a place to make her den , Kanzi would choose to live in the same den with Urs as she didn’t want to be apart from her friend.
