The Lion King 2 is one of my favorite movies. The animators did an amazing job on it. One of my ultimate favorite parts of the movie were the characters. I liked all of the characters but Kovu and Vitani are my favorite ones. The reason why I chose Kovu and Vitani as my favorite characters is because their backstory really interests me. One thing that still bothers me about the characters is Simba and Nala. The people who made this movie gave Nala too small of a role. I thought they were supposed to give Nala a role like she had in the first movie. They also made Simba way too overprotective. I understand why because any parent would be overprotective of their children if they had a near death experience. I really think they shouldn't have made Simba as overprotective as they did. I like Simba and everything but the animators turned him into a worry wart. Another thing about this movie I like is the music. My favorite song has always been and always will be Love Will Find A Way. I used to find it to be a tear jerker but I've out grown the tear jerking stage when it comes to this song. I'm glad the animators didn't stick to the original script about Kovu being Scar's son. Another thing about the original script that bugs me is Zira's original name, Bianca. Why give a mean lioness a name that doesn't reflect her personality? There is one thing I like about the original script. Kiara would've had a sibling. Overall, this movie is one of the greatest and I would watch it over and over again.
