RELATION TO SPIRIT

Belongs to his herd, he once saved him when a tree almost fell on him. 

HISTORY

Oliver was born in the Cimarron herd just before Spirit got captured by the cowboys, he was a very small foal when first born and is still small. He doesn't really ever play with any of the foals and never talks to them, the other foals don't like him but he doesn't mind. 

When Oliver grew into a young Colt he was playing with the foals (yes the ones in the movie) and a Stallion named Otis was watching them, Oliver's mother was also watching close by but when she wasn't looking Otis jumped out and tried to attack all three of them, but the two of the foals got out but Oliver was caught Otis started to rear at Oliver but then Oliver's mum came. Otis and Oliver's mum were fighting and Oliver ran off with the other foals, when they got back all the foals at the herd were laughing at him, "w-w-why are y-you laughing?" The other foals paused then laughed again and one grey foal said "HAHA DID YOU SEE YOUR FACE, ANY FOAL CAN HANDLE THAT!!!" And another said "Yeah, weak!" Then all of them started calling him weak. Oliver ran away crying but after that he never talked to them again. 

When Oliver was looking in the forest near by, he saw a rabbit and chased it. It started to get very windy and cloudy, Oliver stopped and sniffed the air, it started to get cold and he thought he will turn back. The wind was super windy now and Oliver started to run, small trees behind him fell over. Then he could he his herd, he was about to run out of the forest when a giant tree fell right infront of him, it was too big to jump over and he didn't know any other way out. He started yelling out to his herd but no one came. He waited and tried to work a way out, but it was too cold, he sat down and tried to get warm, after a while he fell asleep but was woken by a horse. It was spirit, he had come to save him. Spirit showed Oliver the way out and Oliver returned to the herd. Spirit was his role model, he wanted to be just like him.
