Personality: Funny with a great whit Arden has the art of telling jokes and was a prankster as a pup. Dominant and protective, he is not a wolf to be messed with.  Accepting of his dog heritage he feels more wolf and dislikes human as a general rule, though is willing to make an acceptation if a human proves worthy of his trust.

Likes: telling jokes, hunting, playing with his pups, racing through the forest

     History

            Brother of Balto, Arden was an utter scamp as a pup regularly causing mischief. Cathan’s capture by humans followed by Balto’s separation from the family affected him greatly.

     On reaching maturity Arden left his mother along with Suka and Eagle. Travelling alone for a while he met any alone wolves. On the shores of the sea he met Eagle and Nada and decided to travel with him. The trio went on to form a new pack of which Arden was elected leader of. Falling in love with Nada, he helped see how beautiful she truly was.

    In late 1926 (post Wolf Quest) Arden was reunited with Balto, Cathan and Aniu and learns of his spirit heritage.   

   Please note that in the alternate universe fic The Tragedy of Alaska in which he appears the history differs, however I cannot give that history without ruining the story.
