Personality: Porthos, like his father, is very romantic and flirty, but meanwhile like his brother Remi, he isn't really interested in having a mate, he just enjoys the attention he gets from the ladies. He is a nice guy in general, and very loyal to his family and owners, but can often appear extremely lazy, and enjoys the life of a house pet a lot more than working hard. Porthos is very quick witted and sarcastic, and often uses sarcasm and humor as a protection shield when he's dealing with drama or serious situations. He's not very good at handling his emotions, nor talking about them, and the only he ever truly opens up to is his twin brother Athos.

Likes: His family, sleeping, being petted, playing with his boy, girls, flirting.

Dislikes: Working, getting wet, fighting, drama, seeing his boy sad.

Story:  Porthos was the first born in Jean-Claude and Saba's second litter, about a year or so after they'd had their first litter. Porthos was born with a few seconds younger twin brother, Athos, and then a few minutes later, came the youngest of the trio, Aramis. Porthos always had a close bond with all his siblings, particularly with his sister Felicie, who would take him with her to see their grandfather Balto who always shared stories from his youth and the serum run, but the one he was the closest with was his twin brother, Athos. As pups, the two were quite a mischevious duo who often got themselves in trouble, and their father had to save their necks more than once. Porthos was adopted by a man who had recently lost his wife, and who had an 8-year old son. Porthos and the boy became best pals, who did everything together, and as he'd reached adulthood, Porthos had grown quite used to the life of a house pet, while most of his older siblings were working hard making their careers as sled dogs. He still kept a close touch with his family, especially his parents and Athos, who had been adopted by a hunter and trained into a skilled hunting dog. But one day, tragedy struck when the word came that Athos and his master had gone missing during a hunting trip. Upon hearing the news, Porthos's first reaction was a "Ha, are you serious?" laugh, but when he saw that his parents weren't kidding, the reality of the situation hit him. A huge search was organized, and it lasted over a week, but when there were still no sign of Athos or his owner, the search was called off, and everyone had to assume they were dead. Porthos took the loss of his brother as a punch in the gut, and became depressed and isolated, but then, some days later, a miracle happened: Athos returned home, alive and well. At first Porthos couldn't believe his eyes, but once he got over the shock he stormed over to his brother and gave him the most heartfelt welcome, and the whole family rejoiced. Athos told them that he and his master were ambushed by a grizzly, who killed Athos's owner and he had no chance but to flee, badly wounded, but he was found by an Inuit man who treated him back to health. That night, as the brothers were alone, Athos made a confession to Porthos: he had fallen in love with a wolf, whom he had met while trying to find his way home, he missed her a lot and longed to be with her. As he listened to Athos's story, Porthos, while he didn't want to loose his brother again, as he'd just gotten him back, realized that he would have to choose his own path, and so, adviced him to do as his heart says, and at that moment, the brothers were closer than they'd ever been.
