You know, I had my issues writing this. This comment. Half of the reason why I took so much time. (Sorry for that.)

Let's start with the positive aspects: it was amazingly written, you get both the action and the chance to symphatize with the characters. From that view, I quite enjoyed the chapter.

But I feel as if you left too many threads lose. What about Lihua? What happened to the spirit doe that was so much into Kaiser? What did the other characters, like Korin, do after the war? Did Skander meet back up with his family?
To just name a few.

That aside, although I understand your reasoning, the ending just came a Little quick. I don't mean to be mean or anything, I enjoyed the Story quite a lot and understand why you wanted to get over with it, but you got so much crammed into it that it just seems as if you didn't get some aspects enough air.
