Many of you have heard of the ScarXSarabi myth. many agree it is true, but many debate otherwise. Hopefully by reading this article you will fully understand the true facts. I am Sarabi's No 1 fan so this is ALL FACTS NOT LIES! 

Many say before she was betrothed (if you believe she was) she loved Taka. However no evidence was to she did. But no evidence claims otherwise, so her history is basically opinion. However, if she was to be madly in love with Taka, wouldn't she have caused a stir between her and Ahadi? 

Ayway, at the beginning of the Circle of Life (Epic song by the way!) Mufasa greets Sarabi with an affectionate nuzzle. She and him seem rather pleased with Simba. When Simba does that really cute sneeze, Mufasa and Sarbi nuzzle and do that "I'm such a proud parent" smile. Now that looks like a pretty deep love to me, and hopefully you. And Sarabi seems very proud and pleased with Mufasa's cub.                                                                                               But shortly after this, we see Scar in his den, moaning and groaning, feeling sorry for himself. Enter majestic Mufasa. "SARABI AND I DIDN'T SEE YOU AT THE PRESINTATION OF SIMBA," he says, claiming the obvious. You'd expect Mufasa to want to see his brother, but Sarabi.... Odd. Odd indeed. And maybe when Scar says "I WAS FIRST IN LINE! UNTIL THE LITTLE HAIR BALL WAS BORN" maybe Scar isn't talking about the throne, maybe Mufasa is younger than Scar, or maybe Sarabi loved Scar until Simba was born. Anyway, moving on...

After Mufasas death, just before simba returns, Sarabi acts really icy with Scar. Is it because he's a rubbish king, or is it something else? She wouldn't be grumpy for Scar killing Mufasa, but she doesn't know, so why is it... Maybe scar admitted his feelings...And when scar sees simba after he thwacks Sarabi, he is petrified that it is Mifasa.why would he be more scared of Mufasa, even though it was Simba who ran away.

Another theory...zira could be Sarabi and Scars cub. She has Sarabi's dark fur, Sarabi's red/orange eyes, and she takes a little of Scar build.

Sadly her voice actor thingy died, so to respect her Disney scrapped all parts of Sarabi instead of replacing a new voicer

hey, you know scar likes Sarabi originally in the books, but she's taken away by Mufasa, and they have the baby and live happily a life. But if Scar likes Sarabi, then how-come he attacks her in the movie?! I mean, he wacks her across the face when she's explaining what will keep all the pride land animals alive, by moving to another place to hunt for food, to eat, to live. But then Scar whacks her across the face; he loves Sarabi abit I suppose. It's just all so confusing eh. Oh well, my case solved. xx

Nice article, i'm pretty sure we'll see many points of view on the comments. There are some things I think differently from you. Sticking only to the first movie, I agree with you that it's shown that there's a deep love between Mufasa and Sarabi, and that Simba and they make a very happy family. But when Mufasa says "sarabi and i didn't see you at the presentation of simba," I think he's only meaning that it was a big event and they (Mufasa and Sarabi, the parents) were expecting the family (Scar) to show up, no other intentions of Sarabi. Also, when Scar is talking about the "first in line" thing, for me it's quite obvious that he's talking about the throne, considering everything he does in order to obtain it, I mean, if his goal was Sarabi he wouldn't need to kill Simba. Now that part in the end of the movie. For me is also clear that, once Sarabi was queen, the other lionesses respected her a lot, and when she goes talk to Scar about the situation of the pridelands she's only representing the other lionesses, she's telling the opinion of the group to Scar. I really didn't see that as a couple argue. And about that scene that Scar thinks Simba is Mufasa, I think his first thought was Mufasa because of the physical similarity of Mufasa and the grown Simba, his only memmories of Simba was of when he was still a cub. Also, at this part of the movie Scar doesn't think Simba ran away, he think Simba is dead, because he ordered the hyenas to kill him. This is just my opinion and what I got from the movie. For me, Sarabi loved only Mufasa. I don't know if Scar feels something about Sarabi ( I really don't have a formed opinion about that) , but I think that everything he does in the movie is releated only to the throne

DoberManPupz- thank you very much on your opion. And yes, i do see your point. But people believe Kopa was teenage when Kiara was born. And Nuka was a teenager, so maybe Zira had Nuka early. And in TLK2, Simba and Nala have different body builds, 'casue they're older and stronger. But I see your point. :D P.S I respect you for being a Sarabi fan. She is EPIC! (Not spam)

Hmmm.... I dunno. She DID argue with Scar like they were a couple. But I think Zira is too old to be Sarabi's cub. Cuz 1. Zira has Nuka. Nuka looks like Scar's son and has had verbal evidence that he probably was. 2.Vitani looks a little tiny bit like scar too. Just imagine her with green eyes. 3. Why would Zira try to kill her own half-niece (at the end of TLK 2)? In conclusion, I think Sarabi stayed with Mufasa, but I do think scar had a teeny crush on her. Anywayz, great article! Quite interesting! And I also love Sarabi!
