Personality:   Lyra is not exactly what most deer would expect a little doe like her to be like. She’s adventurous, strong-willed, curious and daring, like most fawns are, but also a fierce fighter and she always stands her ground. She has no problems with fighting buck fawns, even older ones. Her opponents never know if to feel disgusted or attracted to the doe, and her parents are always worried if she’s ever going to find a mate with this attitude.

All the same, she’s great to spend time with, and often accompanies Arroyo on his adventures. She also always yells at bullies (she even defends the herd leader's son, Javam, although he's already an adult), and even though she is a doe, she can be quite scary when she wants to be.

She is a quick runner and thinker and always comes up with a more or less though-through plan whenever there is any kind of trouble. But sometimes, these plans are rather daring and not-to-be-tried.

She likes some feminine things, though, like flowers or long talks with her mother.

Likes:   adventures, her friends, trying new things, fighting, talking with her mum or dad, hanging out with Arroyo and Zima, causing trouble and mischief, finding a way out of something, the Silver Herd, taking risks, sneaking off

Dislikes:   being told what to do, staying in her mother’s and father’s eye-sight all the time, if someone doesn’t want to play with her, her friends, family or herd-members being hurt, bucks who want to flirt with her

History:    Like her friends Zima and Arroyo, Lyra was born into the Silver Herd and grew up in an peaceful, safe environment.

She soon developed a bold nature neither of their parents had, maybe it was because she grew up with several buck-fawns as her best friends. She always enjoyed sneaking off behind her parent’s backs, and if only for the reason that she wanted to show them how clever she is.

She oftentimes went on adventures with their friends and almost every time, they got themselves in trouble, either with some kind of animal or with their parents. One time, Arroyo even almost died because of some poisoned plants. She was lucky not to have eaten from them.

Lyra also always tried to step in when other deer bullied the leader’s son, Javam. Even if he hadn’t been her friend, she would have done that, for she hates injustice. At first, they ridiculed Javam for being “protected by a little girl”, but after she bit one buck's ear until it started to bleed, they didn’t do that anymore. But she knew he was still bullied behind her back.

One time, Lyra’s mother took her pretty far away from the herd to meet and old friend, Pikatti, a female wolf. At first, she was scared of the strange animal, but after some time, Pikatti became a friend and advisor and played a huge part in her character development, as she always told Lyra how strong females can be.

Lyra often was told about her parent’s families, but she knew that her home will always be the Silver Herd.
