Personality:
A born teacher, Alejandro is really the most helpful dog you’ll ever meet, kind and generous, he really puts the other’s happiness and well being before his, he would really rather die himself than let someone else (usually not a stranger, someone close of course) get wounded or killed. He has also a very good memory, which is good if he has to remind a place where some useful herbs grow or where he had found more fish or preys. He knows how to recognize what’s good and what’s bad and always tries to teach that good is the best choice, that good always win, in fact, he’s a very positive dog, able to see a brief flash of light even in the darkest situation, the guy that always tries to cheer up his companions and that lives his life always with a smile on his face.

Likes/Dislikes:
Alejandro’s not a slim Akita, he’s rather bulky and with a poofy fur and he gets often picked on and labeled as a fat one, when he’s not, it’s just his built and his fur that makes him appear like that, he doesn’t like when other dogs call him these names and even accuse him of eating all the food, especially in winter, when the food’s scarce. He is very pleased when his teaching is appreciated or when other dogs, maybe with an injury or a scratch, come to him to ask for a suggestion or some help, he really likes to give a hand and to be useful in some ways. He really likes to teach and to tell all that he knows, knowledge has to be shared, not kept hidden because of pride and he’s the first to share what he has learnt during his life. He doesn’t like, though, how his mother acted towards him and his father, family should help its members.

History:
Tokimune hadn’t always been a wild dog. He lived with a family but felt that the life of a pet wasn’t for him, though he never really had the courage to leave until he was visited by Akame, right when he was still very young, telling him about the strategy of recruiting dogs who were similar to him, Gin and John. Akame was in the company of Toni, who was the substitute of John, who gave his positive opinion after Akame’s speech, hoping to make the akita think about it in their favor. Akame and Toni said that they weren’t hurrying him and that they would pass by again to hear his response in a week. Tokimune had decided to go with them but, before leaving, he was brought to a house not that far from his, where lived a female Akita, who was in heat. Tokimune had heard about her, she was rather bossy and egoistic, with a very big ego and he wanted to do nothing with her but was forced to breed. Disgusted with himself, he promised that he would never get in contact with her anymore, pups or not and when Akame and Toni returned, he left with them.

Three months after, still being trained, he happened to pass nearby her house and decided to take a peek, to see if there were any pups around: there were two, a boy and a girl. Tokimune was furious, though, as the little boy was constantly abused while the girl was being told things such as that she’s superior, that she’s better than anyone, etc. He confronted her and she said that the boy reminded her of him and he had to learn that, in the house, the girls were the ones with power, like her owners kept telling her and that he had to make his own businesses now that he was living wild. For many days, Tokimune kept an eye on her and he decided, at some point, to take the pups away. With the help of Toni, they took the pups when they were left alone in the garden and left. He had never come in contact with that female again anymore. He thought that raising his children in Ohu was the best for them. Unfortunately, with his death under Kaibutsu’s fangs, his children took separate ways. Alejandro found himself lost without his father and he mourned a lot for his death, his mother was cruel with him, his sister too but his father had always been caring and kind. However, he understood that he had to move on and so, he did. He left Ohu and reached Hokkaido, the farthest he could be from his past. Alejandro knew that alone he wouldn’t survive and so, he ventured deep inside the island and searched for a pack. He found two dogs eating a small rabbit and approached them, they were from two different packs, Suzaku son of Hakuro and Shun son of Kurimutora. Shun offered him a place in his pack and Alejandro accepted. He tried his best, working hard and he soon became an effective member of the pack, hunting and scouting. 

He felt really part of the pack, when Shun asked him if he wanted to become a teacher to the younger or newest members and he gladly accepted. Shun mentored a young girl, Leila, daughter of the second in command while Alejandro taught to a young kai with a missing eye, Juntora. The young apprentice struggled to learn and sometimes he couldn’t get things right. Alejandro did his best to help him but the pup just couldn’t see his training positively. Leila’s father, Eiji, offered his help to the akita and Alejandro accepted, with the shepherd being older and more experienced, maybe he’d be able to motivate the student. Alejandro noticed an improvement in Juntora’s training but sometimes, he didn’t like how Eiji pushed the student too hard, ignoring the protest and the kai changed in personality too, sometimes being too much arrogant. Alejandro still tried his best about teaching him the ways of good.
He had almost forgot about having a sister but they eventually met again when the threat of Vaal covered Hokkaido like a dark veil. He didn’t travel to Ohu but stayed in the pack, as the only voice who supported Sora and Shun’s statements about Vaal’s evilness. Hakuro even offered him to move with them, since his pack too was against Vaal and he didn’t want Alejandro to get killed by his own pack because he was thinking differently. 

Relation to the Ginga universe:
He is the son of Tokimune. Leila is the granddaughter of Kichinosuke, one of Kisaragi’s sons. His new pack is allied with Hakuro's, with him and Kurimutora being friends by now and Hakuro offered a place in his pack; the first dog he met, along Shun, was Suzaku, Hakuro’s son. Leila, Shun and Sora travelled to Ohu and stayed in Gajou. Eiji was also a subordinate of Maxim and Lydia's father.
