Personality: Unlike her sister, Khari is very gentle and soft-spoken. While she does not hesitate to raise her voice when she feels agitated, she has enough patience that this usually does not end up being a problem. She tries to be reasonable and see all sides of the problem before making her decision, as she does not wish to be biased. However, she often finds herself stressed out just to be able to make everyone happy. Often finds herself doubting if she made the right choice, or if she could've done more.

History: Khari and her siblings were born in the middle of war waged between the Riverland Pride and the Outland Pride. Their father, Imamu, had been absent during their younger days as he was trying to overthrow their grandfather and uncle, who ran the Riverland pride. Instead, they grew up on Outlander soil with their mother and a male named Uzoma, who was to be next in line to rule the Outland pride in the case his older half-brother died during the war.

When the war finally came to an end, Khari and her siblings were already two months old. They were quickly collected by Imamu, and they journeyed back into Riverland territory. Nyarai was left pregnant by Uzoma, but only one cub survived. Another tragedy struck when Khari and Sauda's youngest brother, Kito, died of illness that was spreading throughout the pride. Despite the tragedy, the Riverland re-emerged as a powerful pride, with Nyarai and Imamu in charge of operations. Khari, being the oldest, was expected to take charge of the pride when she was old enough, and she wanted to make Sauda her second-in command. The two sisters made a pact on it.

While Khari matured and came to accept the idea that she already had a planned future, Sauda began to grow rebellious before finally leaving for the Outland pride. Imamu had gone to fetch her, but Sauda refused. Khari was instantly crushed, and snuck out to try and convince her sister to come back. Instead she was chased away by border patrol. Khari succeeded as leader of the Riverland pride when she turned six years old, and by then her parents had aged enough where they could no longer keep complete control of the pride. They wished for her to take a mate within the pride, but she refused.

Khari was turning nine when their lands flooded, driving out and killing off most of their population. Nyarai was deceased before the flooding, dying of illness, but Imamu, though much older, was still going strong without his mate. Only she, her father, and a small handfold of others came back together to recreate the Riverland pride population. Whether their efforts will succeed or not will tell in time.
