I'm a bit stuck with Renders so I go to the render help thing on the site and it said I needed a Polygon tool I don't seem to have on  does this mean I can't do Renders

Dunno which guide you looked, but here is cats guide:
/ [...] to-render-like-cat-t25070.html
It shows how to do it in Paint which comes with Windows, you can also use any similar programs. Otherwise try downloading any image editing program like Paint.Net( http://www.getpaint.net/).

Paint is more capable of doing renders. And please use grammar in your writing...
