Personality: The laid-back one. She follows Judas no matter how wrong or right he is. She doesn't really want to admit that she truly loves him because in her mind that makes her seem weaker than how she would like to consider herself. Between her and Enu, Baako is the bigger eater and will have the bigger portion of the kill. As she grew up and matured, Baako took her role as favorite female seriously; in fact it's said that Judas loved her the most because of her absolute faith in him and his role in the pride. Baako has an outright bad temper that can be hurtful if sparked, but she doesn't ever want to argue among her family.

History: Baako was the firstborn daughter between the then-pride leader Ari and his favorite female Quanna. Being the firstborn, Baako was loved and spoiled ridiculously, as least until her sisters and cousins came along. Baako, though she did love her parents, was frustrated by them at the same time. She found that she was unable of really loving her parents to the same extent that her sister Enu did, though she did not really understand why that was.

When Sabini was born and her mother died after the birth, Baako took her in, feeling pity for the young cub. She raised the cub as if she was her mother, and found herself very sympathetic for the cub. She and Sabini have a close bond, even though it was unusual for Baako seeing how she didn't really care for the idea to have cubs.

Life changed dramatically once Judas entered the picture. Ari, weak and old, fought as well as he could against Judas but was simply no match for him. Bading farewell, Ari and Quanna left the pride together. At first Baako was not really crazy about Judas, but soon she swore her allegience to him, the first to do so before the rest of her sisters. Judas chose her as one of his favorite females, the other being Enu, and the three of them ruled the pride.

Baako truly loves Judas, but would never really admit out loud. She was jealous when Enu was the first lioness in the pride to bear Judas a cub, and Judas began paying Enu more attention. Soon the pride entered a very good birthing season as not long after Enu gave birth to Kayode, the other lionesses Judas mated with gave birth, including Baako. She loved her daughter Zuri but noticed that Zuri was constantly bullying the other cubs. She and Judas have numerously punished Zuri for being so mean to her siblings. When Zuri ran away, though, Judas and Baako were distraught. They eventually got over their loss and moved on.

Then Zuri returned some years later, claiming that she had killed Kayode after Judas allowed him and his brother Jiro to leave the pride and start their own. Baako was distraught that her daughter would grow to be so evil. Zuri was eventually killed, but Baako's relationship with Enu suffered.

Though she was troubled by the tragic road her daughter took, Baako moved on from the incident and lived a long happy life with the pride.

She and Judas eventually had another cub, one that they named Ayodele. Baako continued being Judas's favorite female after Enu requested Judas to kick her sister out of the pride. Baako did not talk to her sister after that, and relished that she was still Judas's favorite. They tried to be mindful of Ayodele, keeping him out of trouble. His birth reignited a spark in them, and she and Judas returned to their former selves. With new cubs being born, the pride seemed to be getting over the tragedies of Kayode, Zuri, and Nomusa.

When Enu passed away, Baako was distraught but she did not allow this to emotionally kill her. She knew Enu was in the place she wanted to be. Baako continued to thrive as the oldest lioness living in the pride, taking it upon herself to council Ayodele after Judas's death. Baako found Ayodele's choice of mate was distasteful, and made it known that she did not tolerate Teshi. Despite that, Baako never forced Ayodele to reject Teshi - if her son was happy, then she was happy for him.

Baako passed away at the age of twenty.
