B.B.B.F.F. apparait dans le 25e épisode de la saison 2 - A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1. Twilight y confie ses ressentits vis à vis de son grand frère Shining Armor qu'elle a perdu de vue depuis que tous deux ont grandi et qu'il est entré dans la garde alors qu'elle continuait ses études à Canterlot.

Il s'agit là du premier solo de Twilight, rédigé par Meghan McCarthy et Daniel Ingram et interprété par Rebecca Shoichet, suivi de Shannon Chan-Kent, Ashleigh Ball, Kazumi Evans et Andrea Libman.

La chanson est séparée en deux parties, la seconde étant une reprise beaucoup plus sombre.
